I went to the hospital complaining of rotator cuff syndrome and shoulder pain. Dr. Özge, the physical therapist, was very kind, knowledgeable, and provided close, personal attention—something I haven't experienced at other healthcare facilities. The physical therapists Ezgi and Gizem were also knowledgeable, attentive, and represented their institution professionally. They're a great team who do their jobs exceptionally well. Therefore, I commend the hospital administration for the wonderful work Dr. Özge and her physical therapy team have done. I've regained my health and had a very positive experience.

I wanted to express my gratitude for your entire staff, from the receptionist who took my signature at the beginning of my therapy to the therapists themselves. Everyone is so friendly and skilled. Managing interactions with elderly patients isn't easy, but your staff handles it beautifully with their kind words and genuine warmth. I've been very impressed.

This is a good clinic, especially if your insurance covers the costs. It's clean and the staff are polite. They also offer translation services if you need help. I've been going to this clinic for two years now whenever I've had health concerns. I want to thank Iradu and Tûrkan for their help with translation during my doctor visits; they are very patient and responsible.

An excellent hospital. Tests were quick and the diagnosis, treatment, and pre-flight check-up were accurate. The staff were helpful. Irade Yüksel was particularly kind and helpful; she translated for me and organized my hospital stay. She's a truly wonderful person.
