Clinicly Terms of Use

Before making a reservation through Clinicly.net, you are required to carefully read these terms. By using our online services, you declare that you agree to these terms. AG Software bv manages the website www.clinicly.net and the online services offered through this website. AG Software bv is located at Fotografielaan 18, 2610 Wilrijk, and is registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0797.983.861. Clinicly.net is an online platform that enables users to find a hospital for the purpose of undergoing aesthetic/cosmetic procedures, and is established in Turkey through a collaboration with AG Software bv ("network"). The selection is made based on a thorough local prospecting where only hospitals recognized by the Ministry of Health in Turkey are considered. Clinicly.net publishes offers on behalf of hospitals in the network in accordance with the information provided by the network. Clinicly.net does not accept any responsibility or liability for the content of the offers on the platform. Clinicly.net aims to offer only hospitals with high standards through its platform. Ongoing evaluation allows Clinicly.net to assess the quality within the network, based on which it reserves the right to adjust the list of aesthetic service providers. Clinicly.net allows you to create a personal account and make medical appointments online with a hospital from the network. The patient declares on oath that the information regarding their personal identity is genuine and sincere and acknowledges that providing false identity may be subject to criminal prosecution. The use of Clinicly.net services is strictly reserved for adults. Minors can only make bookings through their legal representative. If a minor were to use Clinicly.net services without the required consent of their legal representative, Clinicly.net disclaims any liability. The service provided by Clinicly.net enables patients to find a recognized and registered hospital based on selection criteria and to book a desired appointment and procedure. Users can view the profiles of aesthetic doctors in the network by simply clicking on the hospital link. Once a user has created an account, they can view consultation fees and prices for cosmetic/aesthetic procedures. Published prices are for the procedures unless otherwise stated. Travel and accommodation expenses (excluding those included in the procedure price) are borne by the user. The agreement is concluded when the user confirms the booking by clicking the "Book Now" button via the platform. The credit card is charged immediately after the booked service. The user is informed that Clinicly.net is not responsible for changes and/or cancellations by the healthcare provider. In the event of cancellation, Clinicly.net only reimburses the payment blocked by the user via its platform, excluding all other costs. In the case of changes made by the network, the user may choose to accept or reject the modified schedule at their discretion, without Clinicly.net being liable for additional costs. In the event of cancellation, Clinicly.net is only obligated to refund the cost of the consultation and/or procedure within 14 days following the cancellation, without being obliged to pay any compensation. Users of Clinicly.net can cancel or modify booked appointments through their accounts. If the user wishes to cancel their booking, this can be done free of charge up to 14 days after the initial booking and provided that the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled consultation and/or procedure. If the cancellation is made later than 14 days after the initial booking, a fee of 30% will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the scheduled consultation and/or procedure, 50% of the cost will be charged. Some of the services offered are subject to charges and may be invoiced using a payment service provider. Clinicly.net enables users and the network to conduct transactions. As a result, the agreement that arises from this is solely concluded between the user and the respective hospital in the network. Clinicly.net is not a contracting party in this regard and cannot be considered a representative of the network members. These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of Antwerp, division Antwerp, are competent. The nullity of a clause of these general terms and conditions, for whatever reason, does not affect the other clauses of these general terms and conditions.
